1.Hercules Form Traveller
Form Traveller is widely used in the world for the construction cast-in-situ of balanced cantilever bridges. The form traveller can be customized to meet clients’ requirements and designed to comply with international codes. The equipment is self launching with back launching option for dismantling.
2.Hercules Launching Gantry
Launching Gantry is used in the erection of precast segmental viaducts for span by span and balanced cantilever methods of construction. The crane and steel structure are designed in accordance with FEM 1.001 and international codes respectively. The self launching gantry is suitable for both straight and curved bridge construction.
3.Hercules beam launcher
Beam Launcher is used in the erection of precast beam bridges for span by span method of construction for precast beam girders like U-beam, T-beam , I-beam, etc. The crane and steel structure are designed in accordance with FEM 1.001 and international codes respectively. This self launching beam launcher is suitable for bridge construction over river, valley or highway.

Segment lifter is used in the construction of precast segmental balanced cantilever bridges. The Crane and steel structure are designed in accordance with FEM 1.001 and international codes respectively. the self launching segmental lifter is launched via hydraulic system which gives a safe launching for the equipment.

Gantry cranes for outdoor and indoor types are designed in compliance with FEM 1.001 and/or other international codes. The specifications are customized to clients’ requirements.
